ok...so i'm lookin into getting a new cam for my civic and don't know a good lift/duration for the cam. i have i/h/e and a voltage stabilizer, and a redline of 7200. but another thing is i don't know which is best: a regrind, a hard weld, or a brand new one. help...

regrinds suck even if they are done really well. just get a stage 1 cam from skunk2 or somebody like that. stage 1 will give the extra hp your looking for and it will still pass emissions
