cam gear question

whats would be the bennefit of skunk 2 cam gears over stock ITR cam gears in a stock usdm ITR motor. or is there any benefit at all?

yes, they ability to adjust the intake / exhaust timing , usually advancing the intake cam and retardign the exhaust cam in order to gain some power. usually done on a dyno

that would depend on what camshafts you have and tuning.

according to the how to build honda horsepower book...

a del sol made 162hp at 0I, 0E
at -2I,-2E it made 167hp
at -2I, -2E, and +4 Timing it made 172hp
at -4I, -4E, 164hp
+2I, -2E, 159hp
-2I, -2E, 167hp

but thats for a Del sol VTEC so it might be different fo other cars, but its a general idea.
