what is a good starting point for the cams? B or wildbill? what did u guys set ur cams to, i dont have any dyno time yet, and wont till b4 next summer, but id like a lil more performance for the time being? what should i set the exhaust and intake cams to.

every car is different in it's settings, there isn't an optimal setting but generally people end up advancing the intake and retarding the exhaust side. I highly suggest you set it at 0 0 and take it to a dyno to make sure you making power and actually not loosing any due to off the top of the head tuning.
