would you guys reccomend ZEX springs and cam for a d16z6?

I've herd that their cams and springs are good, but also herd that others are much better like skunk2. Best of luck to you with which ever decision you go with.

for the price the 5930 cam is pretty good deal and very affective you should be able to pick up the cam for $250 or less

as long as i can stay within the $300 range for the cam i'm open to suggestions. Whichever cam i choose i will also get springs and retainers from the same brand.

Yes get the crower valve springs and retainer kit if you go with the crower cams or check out the Eibach valve springs they are supposed to be pretty SWEET.
