whats the best cam timing degree for 10psi on stock d16z6

i was going to say that.
I heard that for boost its best to leave the cam gear at 0
on a sohc, there's not much room for adjustment anyway.
if you add to the intake, you're forced to add to the exhaust as well.
most the time, you want to go -1 on the intake side and +2 on the exahust side. this varies by cam design, and can only be done on a dohc motor.
with the sohc, you're stuck adjusting both sides at once...
