can a 06-07 si trany fit in my ep3?

i hav a ep motor with some of work done, the second and third gear sycros are broken and is a PITA to shift. in addition i cant accel my car all the way in first gear cause the tires spins. i was doing some research bout how much will cost me to fix the trany and put a LSD or modified my oem diff whith a phantom grip lsd, and i get to the conclussion that buy a 06 si trany will be cheaper since already have a lsd plus an 6th gear, but im not sure if it will fit.

im about 95% sure that all k series trannys will fit so i would go with the 06 si tranny. but ill ask to make sure and ill post back in just a few

wait im geeting some bad info i dont think it will fit now it has a diffrent bolt pattern but im still getting feedback and ill let you know
