can a 92 sedan front knuckle fit on a 91?

from the research I have done so far the parts look pretty damn the same between a 92 sedan and a 91 sedan... looks like the only difference would be the sway bar and the radius arm that the 91 has and not the 92

just thought I'd see what you guys know about this because I'm sure someone has tried before

that is pretty much what I thought untill I looked at pictures of the two assemblies. they look incredibly similar, just don't know if the geometry is exactly the same or not.

the reason is though that I have a friend with a 91 sedan that has bad wheel bearings and bushings, etc. and needs to replace all of it. so I was thinking I could just give him the whole knuckly control arm assembly off mine when I swap on the SIR2 parts that I have
