can d series mount fit a b series

I got a eg hatch and I wanted to know will my d series mount fit on my b series motor? And will my wire harness work also?

You should use the b-series mounts from a teg or the jdm civic it came out of. you generally use your stock wire harness and add wires for missing items (like vtec if your car is a dx, etc)
