Can my engine run without...

I'm freaking waiting on a MAP sensor to be delivered to me in the mail but it hasen't arrived yet, and the weekend is coming so that means no mail service. And I'm doing the swap this weekend. H22 into my Accord. Can the engine still run without the MAP sensor? Or do I have to wait until it comes before I try running the engine. I guess I'm just a little unpatient.

Why not just use your stock one? Unless you've got a DPFI, the'yre all the same...even on the crotchrockets (the MAP sensor on the FoDo was from a 929)
