I have a b20vtec w/ je 10.6 comp.pistons (should of gotten higher comp, but..), crower rods, stock b16a head w/ctr and itr camshaft. Oh yeah and mugen chipped pr3 ecu, vtec engagement at 5400 rpm. So with that done with, I ran a 13.4 @ 100.63 mph at the track. My question now is that can I hit a better time with the Apexi Vafc once it's in and tune? Do ya see a high 12's in the future?

Yes, better tuning will definitely help you. If you have access to a tuner that knows how to work with Hondata- I would spend your money on that and forget the VAFC 2. It's a much more precise tuning solution, and it's not a piggyback that's fooling your ECU into using different parts of the fuel map. If your tuner doesn't know how to play with Hondata, the VAFC 2 is still a very good tuning tool.
