I saw this video, but it was cut and edited into a commercial that was shown before the previews of the movie I went to tonight!!! I yelled, "That was the shit!!" all loud in the theater and my girlfriend hit me! :slap: My RS4 Wagon will do that! :)
 
They have the same effectiveness as Subaru or DSMs AWD, (DSM and Subaru have neater options with either their optional LSDs or the STi's biaser) making them a bit more superior. But I would lean to whichever setup didn't make the car dive to 19 mpg.

If snow is the real issue, then I think that Part-time 4WD is best route to go. I do know, for a fact, that my Subaru could not do that incline (The Loyale, that is)

vw/audi can put up to 100% of power to each individual wheel.

ATTESSA is just a biasing, but then again, that's what any AWD active system is. Also, about VW putting 100% of the power, does that mean it has LSD ?
 
I could drive up any incline as long as I've got a big enough solid-fuel rocket.
