car buying question

i found a 98 ek hatch that is a stolen recovery for sale. all it needs is a ignition and a rear bumper to drive. there are a couple dings here and there but over all its solid and also only has 74000 miles. they salvage place is asking $1500.00 for the car and throwing in a ignition and rear bumper. i just wanted to see if anyone thought this is not a good deal since ive never bought a car with a salvage title. thanks alot

thanks. thats the plan. when i get it im swapin a 2000 front end and a new color. then if i sell my ef maybe a engine swap.
