car has no power at low rpm's

ok,i just changed the head on my 94 civic ex and it ran good for about a day and now it has very little power until about 4,000 rpm's.it's not missing and it only does it when i am driving if im in neutral and rev it up it is fine.it feels kinda like it is jumping until you hit arund 4 grand and then it takes off about like it should. it is also burning oil pretty bad at high rpm's.any help is greatly appreciated andplease ask me questions (i had a hard time explaining it.)

ok headed to the scrap yard now to see if i can find one.any other ideas please comment
 
was your's burning oil also?i have yet to find another map sensor.it also sounds like its not getting enough air.the intake isnt anywhere close to as loud as it was before.
