car keeps stalling

last night my car started to act funny , it would idle fine but once i pull the throttle cable it chokes out and you see smoke come out of the throttle body and it kinda smelled like gas. can someone help me out with this and gimme some ideas on wut it could be. thanx

is it a 93 tegra? do you have a CEL on?

it was the distributor the whole time , pulled the wires n there was no spark. can't believe this is my second time replacing it in a year.
