car starts but smokes from pulleys

we got the car started but it was smokin a lot from the pulleys at the crank and alternator and its makin a loud sqeekin noise. we had used some wd-40 to loosen things up is it that burnin or the belt or what. everything seems tight and its been sittin for 6 months so i figured that but the crank is very hard to turn. any ideas on what i should do

i've never heard of that... what kind of smoke? blue? white? what does it smell like?

Which belt is smoking? Is near something electronic... IE: alternator.... I think you've gone mad!

yea i got it workin. the alternator was stuck and was cause belt to melt. i got it fixed and running and then blew my clutch. pain in the ass.
