I just got done changing my valve seals and my car smokes really bad but not out of the exhaust. It comes out of the valve cover and it looks like it comes out of the back of the motor too but i can't tell. What could make it smoke like this?

Ring lands are probably broken or at the very least poorly sealing rings.

Would that make it smoke out of the valve cover and back of the motor? The lands could be bad but the rings are year old total seals so i don't think they are bad.

Yep, you were right. I think the guage was wrong though. it showed 95psi, 100psi, 30psi, 120psi on pistons 1-4 respectively.
