my friend has a 91 integra rs and he was driving his car and stopped and went to start it again and it just wouldnt start it made that sound of it tryna start but wont he took off the dizzy cap and it was smoky soo he replaced dizzy and cap and it still wont start any ideas bump ttt

Check all your fuel shit, and make sure it's getting spark.

I can't help you if you don't use at least a little bit of punctuation, and $ signs don't count. My head hurts now.

If it's getting fuel, spark, and has compression it would run so one of those things is wrong.
