car wont turn off

i have a crx with a b16a1 swap in it and the car wont shut off when i turn the key off plz help or give ideas what it could be

Short in the ignition?

i have no idea but i do know that the distributer in it is wrong and thatds why the gages dont work and such so could that be??

I doubt it, but it's definitely something you should fix.

What it's more than likely doing is called 'dieseling'...one or more of your injectors are leaking or hanging open, and the force of the compression and/or the heat of the motor is igniting the fuel that's leaking into the cylinder and causing the motor to keep running.

Check all the injector seals and o-rings, and if all those are good you might try replacing your injectors.
