though the 2006 Lingenfeleter Z06 that does 260+MPH in 10,900 feet is also quite impressive and also beat out:

C1RS. The 2009 Street Machine Of The Year. They finally made all the entries run an Auto-X course and it actually counted towards their judging. Previously there needed not be any "street" in the "Street MOY" winners. Figure that one out. It was fun as hell seeing them go around the course. (This is always decided in Columbus at the PPG Nationals Goodguys show so I always try to catch it.) You could really tell who built just pretty cars and who built Street Machines!

I'm talking about the gray grill trim, bumpers, windshield surround, rear deck trim, etc.. the stuff that is just gray. Carbon would be a good idea though.
