Castlenut issues

I'm taking my axles out, got one out fine. The other I can't get the castle nut off of the lower ball joint. The nut and bolt just spin. Does anyone have any tips/tricks to get the damn thing off?

that happened to me last week while doing my swap...i lowered the car enough for get some pressure on the joints, but dont lower it all the way, then sprayed it will WD-40 and they came right off and went back on the same way.....

maybe u forgot to pull the cotter(SP) pin out?

Make sure that the joint is "compacted" so that there is a downward pressure on it...that will make it so that the bolt won't spin.
