catalytic converter

Ok, some of you know i swapped a 94 ls in my hatch... Do I have to flip the catalytic converter to connect it to the header or do I have to buy a new cat. the header flange angles the opposite direction as the flange on the cat.(makes it so I can only connect 1 bolt.)

thanks, what do you guys think of ebay quality cats. I mean for the proce buying one every couple of years isn't a big deal.
