cel 9 is your cylinder sensor. more than likely a faulty sensor or wiring.

I figired out what the code means i put on a new Distributor and got the same code i am almost positive thats it a wiring problem so I more or less have to take the car somewhere..But is it safe to drive it with that cel on????

yeah, it should be fine. you would be able to tell if it actually was a mechanical issue. why don't you try to trouble shoot the problem yourself? make sure the sensor is plugged in all the way. find out the correct voltage and test accordingly, etc.

I am going to try it myself tomorrow night but i am more or less completely lost this is my first swap and this is the only problem that I ran into(I did alot of research while putting it in) Everything else works perfect car started first try, idles perfect, vtec work... it's more or less driving me nuts.
