CEL Code 15

getting a code 15 from the pr3 ecu, which is ignition output signal, any ideas of why im throwing that? I running b16a in crx si

Basically it means the distributor is going bad. Just replace it.

this is the first time I tried cranking the motor after the swap, just wont turn over, then the ecu throws code 15. So that would cause it not to crank at all correct? excuse me if my questions seem ignorant, im just really pissed off right about now

The car should turn over. Check your grounds then check the ECU to make sure its good.
