CEL,ticking/rattle issue.

Hi Guys. i just finshed finshed a swap on my 92 civic si h/b.
The swap went quite well.
I did all the normal stuff after a swap.. checked for leak, did a heat cycle, checked and changed all fluids..

but i have 2 problems, check engine light is on.. and there is a ticking/ rattle type noise from tranny.. when i push in the clutch in the noise goes away.the noise you can hear on acell also.

I have code #23knock sensor(i found it to broken on close inspection)
code#20 eid voltage high. what is this, is it related to knock sensor?
