i have cingular now, and im tired of paying out the ass for no features and a 4 year old phone.
bill has nextel, E has nextel, and they get better service than i do on my cingular. so stop telling me to go to a different company. i've made up my mind on that, as i said in the first post. i need advice on a PHONE, not a PLAN. thank you

I myself have verizon and have never had a problem with them at all.
