Ok i just did a rear disc conversion to my civic dx and i was wonderig how hard it will be to change the wheel bearing.

can i use one of the bearings off my old drum brakes?

its a bitch, they need to be pressed in and out. what i did is removed the knuckle and took it to a machine shop and had them remove and press in the new bearing.

i went to buy the new bearing and they said i had to buy a complete hub assembly. it only cost like $100 but it wont go on. it's too small.

i tried to put my old bearings that were on my drum brakes on and they were too small too. i think they ordered the part for a civic with drum brakes, but i just did a swap to discs. which car should i order them for?

i'm sorry, i thought you were talking fronts for some reason... yes rears you need the whole hub
