its is hard to change the cluch?? a mechanic told me he need to take out the frame a motor mounts ??

You will basically have to take the transmission off/out.

Its not that it is hard work its a very labor intense job, meaning putting the clutch in isnt hard its just all the shit that you have to do to get to it, and yes you do have to take off the motor mounts, and on your car you may have to drop the subframe Im not 100% on that but yes motor mounts have to come off. If you have to ask how to do it, you shouldnt do it yourself, leave it to the pros.
