Check Engine Code 43 Came Up!

I recently had a code 16 come up and checked everything back to the PGM-FI main relay. I had the unit re-soldered because of cold joints and dry joints. This fixed the code 16 problem, but now I am throwing a code 43.

Please help!!

how do you know if you throw a code ? do you have to hook your ecu up to something ?
