Boost guage perhaps, if you read the Teg is boosted.

I didn't read all of it. It looks like a boost gauge, but I assumed it was a second tach because he's covering his redline up with that other gauge for some reason.

I'd like to see that thing hold 1 bar of boost with a 9.0:1 compression. Very interesting.
