Do you have any chips that would make the p28 dohc, with itr specs. But with more aggresive fuel maps?

Yes I have these chips apllicable to your description.
P28 for B18C5 chips:
MUGEN XH4 specs: 4400 vtec 10000 rev ,limit
SPOON specs: 4400 vtec 9200 rev limit
J's Racing specs: 4400 vtec 9100 rev limit

P28 for B18C1:
JUN specs: 4400 vtec 9100 rev limit (Toda or JUN cams recommended)
RPT Special specs: 4400 vtec 9500 rev limit

All chips mentioned applicable to JDM specs B18C

Any of the chips mentioned above on a P28 will run your B16A2 in a EG..

On the b18c5 spec chips its says vtec engages around 4400 rpms. Were the Ignition Maps edited to support low rpm vtec engagement? If not I would like the following specs on a p28, could you do that?

Yup.. Can be done! provided you r running on a OBD1 wireharness now. P73 is a OBD2.
