so Im sitting here and I cant believe that even living in TX I just realized that today was Cinco de Mayo...

Anyone using this as an excuse to get shit faced?

All I can say is especially TX and SoCal... be safe out on the streets there will be lots of uninsured drunks! :squint:
 
I am. I also quit my corp. job last year on May 5 to start my own company, so I consider this to be my day of independence as well.....
Besides, my b-day is May 6 so I usually just roll the two into 1:D

I'm umm waiting to go out, and I'm super tired and have to get up in like 9 hours.....

I've been in Orlando plenty of times and there were always parties left and right... Then again I have friends up there =P. I did see a lot of clubs and bars though.

I'm sitting at home and it's 1:30am. My car is up on blocks awaiting to have the tranny put in tomorrow. I have done nothing but played the guitar tonight and I'll be passing out here shortly to wake up early. Things are pretty damn boring around here...
 
eh, didnt do shit tonight.. went to a buddies and caught the second half of the Mayweather/De la Hoya fight..
 
I drank 8 40s in the past three days (End of year broke-ness). I'm sleepy.
 
I ended up passing out in my computer chair at like 9:30.
 
i celebrated cinco de mayo all weekend

i woke up at noon on saturday
sat around doing nothing for a while
then went outside and did some landscaping work

today i woke up at noon again
sat around doing nothing for a while
then went outside finished up the landscaping and mowed the lawn

Blatant stereotyping. The mexican's that work for me(no offense to mexicans) build houses too and roof!

I played 40 hands this afternoon after swearing I wasn't drinking because I had to study for a final tomm. Damn beer pressure. And as you can see, I'm getting a lot of studying done.
