civic b16a swap into 93 civic ex

my brother is swapping a 99 civic b16 motor into his 93 civic ex...we are having trouble with the swap cause the harness won't work...what can we do to get the swap to work...

Change the injectors, distrib, ecu to OBD 1 (i might have forgot something in there) or buy an obd 1 to obd 2 conversion harness for 200 or so from SKunk 2, HASport has one also.

run a p30 ecu or chipped p28 ecu
and change the injectors over to obd1, and the dist. to obd1
