unbolt, remove.. place new door, bolt back up, not tightening completely yet.. align door, tighten

Yeah?

how about lining it up? where's the adjustment?

Thanks for the help

you just have to shut the door easy and see how it is, if its not right loosen the bolts and make your adjustments

Pop front bumper off, take off the front fender on whatever side of the door you are replaceing for easier access and side skirt. There should be a bolt underneath where the bumper sat, three or four on top of the fender near the hood, one or two underneth the sideskirt and two on the inside of the door. best way to get at them is a long skinny extention threw the crack in the door. Then open door unbolt. U may need a buddy to hold door up so u can take the presure off the hinges or a floor jack works as well and so door doesnt kill you. For reassemble start all the door bolts, snugly tighten them so they still move but are far enough in so the door doesnt scrape bolts and just close door. That should be close to alinment. Tighten all door bolts and open and close door a couple to ensure smoothness. Door should have even gap around all sides. Rebolt fender up. Again keep bolts loose so you can adjust. Look at old marks on fender and start by lining up the old bolt marks, that usally will get you pretty close. Again you want a even line on the door and hood. Tighten all bolts when gaps are even. Reassemble bumper and side skirt, and your good to go. One more thing, make sure you switch anything out of the two doors if needed, power locks, windows.

grab a welder put the door in place tac weld and u be set!
