Civic GSR

Going to buy a Civic HX 1998 with a B18C1 swap. Wondering what sort of price to pay. The GSR engine has 42000 on it but the HX had 92000 on it before the swap ... which was about 6 months ago. The guy changed out the HX transmission and ECU as well.

I'm pretty new to Honda/Acura's, but I'd really like to get to know them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

around 7k because the car is worth like 4k and the swap3k try and see if he can show you how he knows the miles on the motor is it jdm or usd
