civic --h22 harness--

    im about to start the swap of an h22 into a 88 civic....i was wondering what wiring harness do i need, the preludes or custom..

    If you have to ask this, you probably should do some more homework.

    H + F series + 4G civics = world of pain

    If you're serious about doing it, I'd probably:
    -convert the car from OBD0 to OBD1
    -do a DPFI to MPFI conversion if you needed to
    -run the Prelude computer
    -make a hybrid harness by combining the stock harness and the prelude harness (you'll need to splice on the prelude distributor plugs, add wires for vtec, knock, vtec pressure ...)

    I hope you have a plasma torch, tig welder and a lot of time on you hands....

    The engine harness is the least of your problems.
