on a 98 civic hatchback where is the catalytic converter??
is it part of the exhaust manifold?

and if so what is the thing that is near the muffler underneath the car?
is that the cat??

cause i was just wondering, cuz i have this thing that looks like it could be a cat on my exhaust manifold but i also have something underneat that looks like one to

the thing you are referring to thats underneith the car is probably the resonator
