Civic or GSR applications?

I have a 97 Honda civic and I am installing a 98 GSR engine this weekend. I wanted to know when buy performance parts do I look for Civic or GSR applications ... i.e. intake, exhaust, etc.?

If it touches the motor (intake, header, etc) If it is on the car (suspension, seats body kit) get it for the car. Some things like exhaust, both need to be taken into account because of lengths, you need one that will bolt to the header, but be long enough for the car, and still use the cat.

unless you're just buying the muffler and having a weld shop do your exhaust piping.
