civic shifter bushings

hi, im kinda stuck on this one part of my short shifter installation. im pretty much all done except for the origianl shifters oem rubber bushings. my obx shifter is a little wider at the end where the bearings are and the bushings do not fit. idk. i think i need them so the shifter doesnt vibrate on me. any ideas? haha. thank you in advance.

oh... i mean. so they dont have to be rubber? cause i tried with sume washers and my shifter was vibrating pretty harsh when shifting

i would sacrifice a little vibration for a super tight shifter.
