Civic SI springs

Does anyone know the spring rate for 99-00 civic SI's? I remember seeing somewhere that 96-00 civic ex's had spring rates of F165 and R80. I ask because I would assume that they are stiffer than that of the an ex and would fit in without any grief while only lowering the car by a little bit and costing less than new springs from another company.

If there are any other spring or just shock suggestions from other Hondas they would be appreciated.

I have found them, as well as the rates for many others. I found this helpfull, I hope everyone else does.

96-00 EX - 165F/80R (P/P)
99-00 Si (EM1) - 201F/99.8R (P/P)
