CIVIC; timing belt, water pump, tensioner

so heres the deal, when I bought my Civic the previous owner told me the timing belt was done at about 113K, it has 150K now, when I checked the timing it was off, the job was done incorrectly, they didn't have the crank and cam lined up correctly, I tore it apart and put a new belt, water pump, and tensioner on it. All the parts I took off appear very new, with no wear, but I decided to put new stuff on. So this stuff is avaiable, the tensioner and water pump are OEM Honda parts, the belt is not but it's in good shape. To buy new:
Belt $42
Tensioner $57
Water Pump $97
