    I just purchased a 91 civic h/b off e-bay the thing is, it's a 4-speed manual.
I also have a 90 civic dx 4-door with a 5-speed and a screwed engine, but I replaced the tranny on it like 15,000 miles before it died. my question is:
how hard would it be to swap the 5-speed manual from the 90 into the 91?
will it fit right? thank you in advance for any advice you can give me. :worthy:

it will fit withuot any problems.

shouldn't be too hard at all, i've done several transmission swaps and it can be done in under 3 hours with power tools.

while i'm at it I may as well take the new clutch out of the 90. I replaced it when I replaced the tranny.
