whats the diffrence between the b16a2 stock cams and these type r red line higher r sumtin?

the diference is the duration of the valve being open...its open longer with type r cams. The intake on the civic type r stays open even longer then the teg type r cam...but the exhaust are exactly the same between civic and teg type r

this guy was talkin to me once and hes like if i put a type r cam by my throttle body and a gsr cam on the other side he said my vtec would hit hard as hell i think i got it right i was zoning out cuz i waz smokin a blunt u kno how it is lol but is that true? and if it is nobody is going to break there cams and sell one at a time or itll b hard lookin for someone to do that
