CKP sensor? what is it and where?

I just fired up my crx today, B18A turbo (i'm running it N/A right now) and i'm getting a code 4. CKP sensor, and I have no idea what that sensor is and where it is. What could be the problem and where is this sensor? I also have an erratic idle due to bad timing. Could this have soemthing to do with it?

code 4 is Crankshaft position sensor

that would be the case if the sensor was shot....

but, look to see if theres a PROBLEM, and thus, throwing the code, in the first place.

check your timing with a timing light. thats the #1 cause

it could be two teeth off and throw a code, but the car wouldn't still run and probably start... albeit hard.
