what do you guy think i could do in order to exange the unit between 2 cars the set up is made up of two parts DVD/CD Player: and Audio Amplifier: the harness its self hooks up to the hidden unit so i have to extend the wires, so i think ill make two sets of male/female wire extentions and make a 2-1 harnes on both cars... possible? what would you do? is this tv tunner worth it? Key Features: UHF/VHF TV tuner for local (non-cable) broadcasts. The tuner receives stereo TV signals (channels 2 through 69) four-antenna Diversity Tuning System You may use the TTX7501z with CeNet-equipped Clarion in-dash receivers controls. The tuner has one A/V input (requires an optional CCA389 cable), allowing direct connection of a VCP, DVD, or video game without the use of an outboard A/V switching unit. $199. on egay
nice unit. you'll only be able to keep the unit in one car not two. tv tuner is nice add on, if you want to watch tv in the car should come with the headunit and what they call a brain (which has all your rca connections) and yes you'll have to extend the wires from the brain to the headunit $700 not a bad price either
thanks i got this guy to instal a viper 350, 3 auto door locks for my hatch and the head unit for$ 450 including the price of alarm. is that good?
well it costs $249 @ best buy installed but the auto lock set up is $80 a door x3....and $149 for the radio install but its been two weeks and the guy stood me up again... last week he said he was sick, today ?????
alarm install price not bad, 80 per door on autolocks isnt to bad (pain to get right if you dont know what your doing), 150 for the radio is kinda high to install (my dvd player took me 20 minutes to install)
