Cleaned up my engine bay today *DUW* 20 Pics

First I'd like to thank NickQ and Ray for all the help today.

We spent quite a bit of time today cleaning up the engine bay today. Painted a few things, removed quite a bit of things, and relocated some parts.

The Battery and Fuse block was the most challenging today. That took the most of the time.

I've been trying to hide the entire engine harness as much as possible, but it's been tough. I really think I improved the injector and intake manifold area today. I'm pleased with the results.

    Next on the agenda;

    * Remove the entire stock fuel filter and replace it with a small inline filter and stainless steel lines coming up to the stock rail.
    * Remove the entire clutch lines and replace them with stainless steel lines.

First, before I show you the pictures from today. I'd like to show you what my engine bay looked like in '99 when I first swapped in the b16. Check out all the crap. lol

looks good mang, but i'm confused.. the only time you've really posted here is when it has something to do with your car, or nickq's car.. not to be a jerk, but is the only reason your here is to showoff//brag about your car?

looks good, but its gonna be a total pain in the ass when you have to actually get at those wires for some reason or another, and believe me, it will happen, lol.

    Pretty much.

    j/k

When I make a thread sharing what i've done, I try to post them on all the "honda" forums that i'm a member on. Just in case there is a person on here, that's not on the other boards I'm posting on. You never know, that person might have a question or idea that we could get from each other.

    See what I'm getting at?

No, it won't be so bad. It's very organized and easy to work with. :)

Plus, I've had this swap in for roughly 5 years, no need to get to the wires yet. ;)

Really nice, one of the cleanest looking cars I have seen in awhile, even if you had to go as far as paint!

I really like your engine bay, but why not say how you did it. I would like to know how to move the harnesses out of the way, and everything like that.

    is paint everything black.
Dude, I wish it was that easy. Especially after yesterday when I moved the fuse block.

Thanks for helping me though, next time i'll just spray paint over everything I move or relocate. It sure would make it alot easier.

    What?

You're confusing me. What are you asking?

I never painted my car, it still has the stock paint job. On the car and under the engine bay.
