clock and stereo issues

i dunno wuts wrong wit my civic .... everytime i start up, my clock sez 1:00 and my stereo loses all memory settings .... i dont know if the wiring is messed up .... i bought it used and noticed under the passenger seat the carpet wuz slashed .... upon further inspection .... a host of cut and frayed wires sit there .... along with behind my center console .... i have other cut wires there ....im unsure of wether attempt to splice and reconnect the wires or have it taken to a shop to fix it all

I believe the previous owner disconnected the yellow constant (memory) wire for the stereo. I think the clock is on the same circuit.

if you're plannin on modin it much I'd have it at least looked at by someone
