clunking sound coming from front end

hi i have 96 civic ex coupe, with hexel upper a control arms and lowered 2" on coilovers with kyb adj struts, i was coming home from class, and i heard this clunking noise in the middle wheni hit the gas makes no noise from engine or axles or cv joints, could it be the intermediate shaft or an inner tie rod on one side any suggestions would help

check your rear engine mount, if its not that check your strut mounts and the top strut nut too.
other than that I don't know.
