Clutch assembly swap

Planning on replacing the clutch assembly / flywheel on my '89 civic with a
'90-'91 exedy type. My research indicates this will work, but I'm wondering
if the flywheel is balanced for the '90-'91 crank.

yeah should be because all 89-91 civic/crx are basically the same car

clutch cable vs. hydraulic

i've got a 91 ef with a b16a motor. i'm using a clutch cable for my car. every time i press on it, it feels sticky. like its hard to press down. how can i fix that.
