Clutch flywheel install

Could someone give me a basic overview on how to install a new clutch and flywheel i bought soem today and realized i really dont know how to go about it.
what are the torque specs on everything to or where do i find them?
I bought ACT stage 2 clutch/pressure plate and streetlight flywheel.

autozone.com has a free repair section with torque specs... (up to 95 hondas)

or call your distributor for specs for those particular products...

Haynes manual gives you the torque specs also. 96-00 civic flywheel is 85ft-lbs. clutch is 19ft-lbs.
