clutch line mod?

Can you remove the rubber clutch hose thats like 8 inches long and replace it with regular line? Im looking to get a stiffer clutch pedal and was wondering if I could do this without it causing any problems.

Yes, but that probably isn't the problem... get a clutch with stiffer pucks/springs and you'll increase your pedal feel.

A stiffer clutch pedal or more bounce?

Perfomance clutches utilize factory clutch line components, so....why?

Auto Manufacturers build most any hydraulic system with a rubber line in place
for a damn good reason.

The rubber lines are more reliable but the braided lines do not flex/balloon as much. It's probably more noticeable on aftermarket "racing" clutches that utilize very stiff pressure plates.
